We are "virtual tax problem solvers." My team and I specialize in high-level services like tax resolution and audit support—the kind of expertise traditionally locked away in expensive, in-person firms.

We’ve replaced the stuffy boardroom with a secure client portal and the confusing jargon with clear, direct advice. Our mission is to solve your most complex financial challenges and provide total peace of mind, all through a convenient and accessible platform.

My goal is your peace of mind. As a CPA licensed in both New York and New Jersey with over 10 years of mixed experience in public accounting, private industry, and government, I have the proven expertise to resolve your tax issues efficiently and effectively.

1. The Consultation & Strategy Call It all starts with a confidential call. You'll tell us about your situation, and we'll listen. We'll assess your needs and outline a clear, upfront action plan to solve your problem.

2. Secure Onboarding & Document Upload Once you're ready to move forward, we'll send a digital engagement letter and set you up in our secure client portal. You can easily and safely upload all your documents from your computer or phone—no paper, no in-person visits required.

3. Resolution & Review This is where we take over. We'll get to work—whether it's representing you before the IRS, preparing your returns, or cleaning up your books. We'll keep you updated, and when the work is complete, we'll schedule a final virtual call to review the solution and deliver your documents.
